Combine your flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside
Using your stand mixer or hand mixer, cream your butter, then add brown sugar and white sugar. Mix until light & fluffy.
Add eggs to the butter and sugar mixture, beat until smooth and well combined
Gradually add your flour mixture, 1 cup at a time.
Fold in your dates and walnuts, mix until it forms into a dough.
Chill your dough at least 2 hours or overnight.
Pre- heat your oven to 350 degrees F or 176 degrees C
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or silicon baking mat
Scoop your cookie dough and drop it 2 inches apart.
Bake for 20 to 22 minutes in the center rack of your oven.
Cool completely. Enjoy!!
