Oatmeal Triple Chocolate Cookies

Filled with oats and rich chocolate flavor, these Oatmeal Triple Chocolate Cookies are the BEST. So simple & easy to make. Also, loaded with chocolate flavor that will satisfy any chocolate lover’s sweet tooth.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup All purpose flour
  • 1 1/4 cup Rolled Oats
  • 1/3 cup Cocoa powder (sifted)
  • 1/2 tsp Baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Butter (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup White Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Egg (room temperature)
  • 1/2 cup Semi Sweet Chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup M&M's chocolate mini baking bits

Instructions

  • Combine sifted flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Set aside.
  • In a large mixing bowl, add your butter, brown and white sugar and beat them together with a mixer for a minute, until creamy. Then add your egg and vanilla, beat until smooth and combined.
  • Gradually add the flour mixture, then your oats followed by the chocolate chips and M&M's baking bits. Mix until it forms into a dough. Then let it rest.
  • Pre-heat your oven 350 degrees F or 176 degrees C
  • Line your baking sheet with parchment paper or silicone baking mat.
  • Scoop your cookie dough and drop it two inches apart
  • Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in the center rack of your oven. Cool completely. Enjoy!!
