1cupPineapple smoothie (using canned pineapple tidbits or chunks to make the smoothie)
1/3cupMelted butter
1/2tspSalt
1/2cup Sugar
2Eggs (lightly beaten)
4 1/2cupsAll-Purpose Flour
2 1/4 tspRapid rise or Quick rise yeast
2tbspMilk for brushing
Instructions
Add ingredients to bread machine according to manufacturers directions.If your bread machine calls for adding all the liquid ingredients first. Then just follow the order of the ingredients above. Do not include 2 tablespoons of milk.
Set on dough cycle.
Prepare a big bowl and put oil on it to prevent the dough from sticking.
When the cycle is done, transfer your dough into the prepared bowl.
Cover with plastic wrap then place it in a warm place until it doubled in size.
Meanwhile, grease your 9x13 baking pan.
Once doubled in size, gently deflate the dough and divide into 20-22 equal portions.
Roll each portion into a smooth ball and place it in the prepared baking pan.
Cover them loosely with a clean kitchen towel. Let them rise again until double in size.
Pre-heat oven to 350 deg F. Brush the tops of the buns with milk and bake for 20 minutes until the tops are golden.
Notes
Mix 3/4 cup of pineapple tidbits or chunks and add 1/4 cup water. Then blend.
Store leftovers in a tightly covered container. Reheat buns in a microwave if desired.
