What I love most about this recipe is that it’s VERSATILITY, because you can just make it in your own convenience.
For instance, you can switch the MEAT according to your choice whether you want ground pork, chicken or turkey or whatever that is available to you. Also adding more VEGGIES, such as bell pepper, carrots, mushroom and snow peas. The options are endless.
However, you can also customize this recipe according to your taste. Such as adding pepper flakes (like I do) or Siracha for a little kick of spice so feel free to add more.
Lastly, you can also make this recipe meat free.
LET’S GET COOKING
For best result, you need to use a wok in your stir fry (skillet will do as long as there is a lid) because this makes your vegetables more vibrant, tender and crisp. At the same time your browned meat is still going to be juicy and flavorful.
By the way, DO NOT add any liquid (like water or broth) on your stir fry because the water released from the cabbage will mix through and will create a good sauce and it is absolutely tasty.
I HEAR you! I know how much you guys love quick and easy meals like the same way I do. So, what are you waiting for, you should try it for tonight’s dinner!
