Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/4cupBalsamic Vinegar
1/4cupOlive oil
2tbspMaple syrup
1tbspDijon mustard
1cloveGarlic (minced or finely grated)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Instructions
For the dressing: Combine all the ingredients in a jar or bowl and whisk until well combined. Adjust the amount of maple syrup, mustard, and seasoning according to your taste preferences.
For the salad: Combine chicken, broccoli, red pepper, and celery in a bowl. Toss with a maple balsamic vinaigrette.Refrigerate then serve.
