Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken - grilled or rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets - blanched
  • 1 Sweet Red Bell Pepper - chopped
  • 1 cup Celery - chopped
  • salt & pepper to taste

Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing

  • 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove Garlic (minced or finely grated)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • For the dressing: Combine all the ingredients in a jar or bowl and whisk until well combined. Adjust the amount of maple syrup, mustard, and seasoning according to your taste preferences.
  • For the salad: Combine chicken, broccoli, red pepper, and celery in a bowl. Toss with a maple balsamic vinaigrette.
    Refrigerate then serve.
