1/2cupApple sauce or ButterUse apple sauce for dairy free option
1/2cupBrown sugar or Coconut sugar
2Eggs
1/4cupOrange juice
1tbspOrange zest
1tbspBaking soda
3/4cupMini white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cream apple sauce or butter and sugar, then add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
Add juice and zest and mix. Fold in the dry ingredients, then the white chocolate chips, and mix until combined. (leave some white chocolate chips for topping)
Spoon batter into the muffin liners or greased muffin tins. Topped with white chocolate chips.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 17 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
