  • 1/4 cup Warm milk
  • 1 cup Pumpkin puree (canned or homemade)
  • 1/3 cup Melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 2 Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 4 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 2 1/4 tsp Rapid rise or Quick rise yeast
  • 2 tbsp Melted butter for brushing

Instructions

  • Add ingredients to the bread machine according to the manufacturer's directions.
    * If your bread machine calls for adding all the liquid ingredients first, then just follow the order of the ingredients above. Except for the melted butter.
  • Set on dough cycle.
  • Prepare a big bowl and brush it with oil to prevent the dough from sticking.
  • When the dough cycle is done, transfer your dough into the prepared bowl.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and top it with a kitchen towel, then place it in a warm place until it doubled in size.
  • Meanwhile, grease your 9x13 baking pan, or you can also use parchment paper.
  • Once your dough has doubled in size, gently deflate it and divide it into 24 equal portions.
  • Roll each portion into a smooth ball and place it in the prepared baking pan.
  • Cover them loosely with plastic wrap and then a kitchen towel. Let them rise again until double in size.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Bake for 20 minutes until the tops are golden. Once it's done baking, brush it with melted butter.
    Serve & Enjoy!

Notes

  • Rising timeĀ varies, depending on the area you live in.
  • Store leftovers in a tightly covered container. Reheat buns in the microwave if desired.
