Pre- heat your oven to 350 degrees F or 177 degrees C
Mashed your ripe bananas using fork or potato masher. Set aside
Coat your blueberries with 1 tbsp flour (dredge). Set aside
Spray your 9x5 loaf pan or brush it with a little oil so that it is easy to remove the bread from the pan.
Combine all the dry ingredients, Flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, baking soda, and cinnamon in a mixing bowl, mix until fully incorporated
In another bowl, add your mashed bananas, eggs, melted butter. Beat slowly until blended
Add all your dry ingredients gradually to your wet ingredients, stirring constantly until fully combined. Then add in vanilla.
Gently fold blueberries into the batter.
Spoon batter into your prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool the bread for 10 minutes, then remove from the pan. Cool completely on the wire rack.
