Ingredients
3CupsWatermelon - chopped into bite size
1CupStrawberry - sliced thinly
1WholeMango - Sliced thinly or diced
1Cup Pineapple - cut into bite size
1Cup Blueberry
1CupLychee (canned) - chopped - reserve juice
1Lime (juice)
Mint leaves chopped for garnish
Sugar to sprinkle for extra sweetness- optional
Instructions
In a big bowl, combine your watermelon, strawberry, mango, pineapple, blueberry, lychee.
DRESSING:Combine your lime juice (juice of 1 lime) and 1/2 cup of reserved lychee juice.Then pour the dressing over the salad.
Add your chopped mint.
Sprinkle with sugar (optional for extra sweetness) about 1 teaspoon.
Mix everything and ENJOY!
Notes
