Cut the bottom of your cabbage and separate the leaves. Wash it under cold water to remove the dirt. Then slice it into 1/2 inch.
Chop your garlic, onions and peppers.
In a medium-high heat, add olive oil to your Wok or Skillet then put in your garlic and onions. Stirring often for 2-3 minutes. Then add the ground beef breaking it into crumbles until no longer pink. Drain or take out the excess fat of your browned ground beef then add your bell pepper, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Stirring it until combined.
Add the Napa Cabbage combining it well with the beef.
Cover with the lid for 3 to 5 minutes or until the your cabbage is tender.
Turn the heat off.
Served over rice, quinoa or just a meal itself.
Notes
