RANCH PASTA SALAD

Loaded with Ranch flavor, so creamy and easy to prepare. Blended with your favorite veggies. Perfect for potlucks and summer barbeque.

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Rotini Pasta (454g)
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1 cup Diced Carrots
  • 1 Bell Pepper (any color will do)
  • 1/2 Red Onion diced
  • 1 whole cucumber diced
  • 1/2 cup cheese (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooked diced ham (optional)
  • 1/2 cup cooked diced or shredded chicken (optional)
  • 4 strips cooked bacon cut into pieces
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • For PASTA:
    Bring a large pot to a boil, add a little bit of salt. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. According to the package direction.
    Drain the pasta and transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add your chopped vegetables to the pasta and then stir in your dressing.
  • Cover and chill it for at least 2 hours.

Notes

OPTIONS:
Pasta can be make ahead of time. Transfer your pasta in the colander then pour hot water while stirring your pasta.
You can also use:
1 cup of sour cream and 1 packet of Ranch seasoning.
1 cup of greek yogurt and 1 packet of Ranch seasoning.
