This Perogie Casserole can be your easy weeknight dinner.
If you have a frozen bag of perogie hiding in your freezer, grab that bag and lets turn your plain perogie into a magnificent meal. This is one of my favorite ways to make, adding a little twist on a ready made food so it looks and tastes homemade.Â
Are you looking for pure comfort food?
Without a doubt, Perogie Casserole can be your go to.
In making this dish, you need to add cooked meat, in order to have delicious casserole. Shredded chicken, diced ham and definitely lots bacon can be added. Along with CHEESE.
In my post, I used sliced turkey kielbasa, it was the leftover from my pizza toppings when I made my Homemade Pizza Dough.
