Muffins are my go-to especially when I feel like baking. It is super easy to prepare and bakes in just under 20 minutes.Â
- Start by pre-heating your oven to 350 degrees F.
- Cream apple sauce or butter and sugar, then add eggs and beat until light and fluffy.
- Followed by adding your orange juice, zest, and mix.
- Fold in dry ingredients and combine.Â
- Last, add white chocolate chips to the mixture. Leave some for toppings.
- Spoon batter into the muffin liner or greased muffin tins. Topped with remaining white chocolate chips.
- Bake for 17 minutes. Serve and enjoy!

- 3/4 cup Mini white chocolate chips
