You’ll love these soft & chewy M&M’s Mini Christmas cookies. They are cute, tiny, and hard to resist. Just a perfect bite-size for a delicious and pop-able Christmas cookie.
If you like mini desserts you should try making these cookies. So easy to prepare and to make. Since they are mini, the number of cookies baked is doubled. So you get tons of it. Isn’t it amazing???!!!
They are not just great for kids, but for adults too :). But BEWARE, because once you start eating, it is hard to stop. Nothing beats these soft chewy edge cookies that are loaded with Mini chocolate chips and M&M’s. They’re like Robert Palmer’s song Simply Irresistible. 😉
These mini Christmas cookies are ideal for snacking and make the perfect addition to your holiday dessert table. And aside from that, this cookie can be a perfect homemade gift for your family and friends.
I always make these mini M&M’s Christmas cookies, together with Oatmeal Triple Chocolate Cookies and Soft & Chewy Date Cookies one week before the Christmas holidays. It’s great to mix them all up and place them in a box or a Christmas goodie bag. Label them so your Christmas homemade gift is ready to go. 🙂
Here are the ingredients to make this cookie:
How to make M&M’s mini Christmas Cookies
- Beat the butter on medium speed until smooth and creamy, then add white & brown sugar and mix again on medium until light in color and fluffy.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla, scrape down the side and bottom of the bowl as needed, then continue mixing.
- Add the baking powder and gradually add the flour, one cup at a time. Beat at low speed and slowly adjust the speed to medium and mix until combined.
- Using a spatula, fold in the mini chocolate chips, followed by the brown, red & green M&M’s.
- Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
- Prepare your cookie sheet and take a spoonful of dough (1 tablespoon to make a mini cookie) roll it into a ball, then press the ball down slightly on the cookie sheet. If you have leftover chocolate chips and mini M&M’s press a couple into the top of the cookie ball.
- Bake the cookies between 9-11 minutes, or until they are golden brown on the edges and bottom.
- Remove from the oven and allow to cool on baking sheets for 5-10 minutes. Then carefully transfer to a wire rack to finish cooling.
NOTE:
If you want to make a regular-size cookie, please adjust the bake time to 10-13 minutes or until the edges and bottom are golden brown.
