- 2 cups Broccoli florets - blanched
- 1 Sweet Red Bell Pepper - chopped
- 1 cup Celery - chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
Maple Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1/4 cup Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 clove Garlic (minced or finely grated)
- Salt & Pepper to taste
